We are excited to welcome you to attend our Campaign Rally on Thursday, October 24, 2024 in Clarkston, Georgia! Please pay close attention to the parking details included below – parking will be extremely limited! Here’s everything you need to know: 

This invitation is non-transferable and is intended for the recipient of the invitation only. Due to security requirements, only confirmed RSVPs will be granted access to the event and a matching government-issued photo ID will be verified against the RSVP list by name to enter.

Event timing: Doors open at 2:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 5:30 PM – we may not be able to accommodate entry after this time.

Location: The event will be held at the James R Hallford Stadium at 3789 Memorial College Ave, GA 30021. All guest entries will be on the west side of the stadium (see map below). 

Check-In: Upon arrival at the event site, follow signs and volunteer direction to GENERAL ADMISSION check-in. Please be ready to show ID that matches our RSVP list and these arrival instructions (printed or on your phone).

Ways To Arrive To The Event:

1. Rideshare: Due to extremely limited parking, we highly recommend rideshare. Please direct rideshare to 3775 Memorial College Ave, Stone Mountain GA for drop-off at the event site. Attendees may use the following Lyft codes on their way to and from site to get $15 off their ride: GAVOTESBLUE, GAVOTESEARLY, HARRIS2024, HARRISWALZ, GAVOTESBLUE.

2. MARTA: Shuttles will be running from the Kensington (3342 Kensington Rd, Decatur, GA 30032) and Indian Creek (​​3901 Durham Park Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083) MARTA stations to bring guests to the event site and back.

3. Drive and park: There is NO PARKING available at the event site. We highly encourage rideshare or public transit.

  1. Limited parking is available at Stone Mountain Park via the yellow Daisy lot (1000 Robert E Lee Blvd). Shuttles will run between these parking lots and the event site between 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm. After the event, shuttle service will resume to return guests to their vehicles.
  2. Very limited parking is available at Kensington Blue Lot (3342 Kensington Rd, Decatur, GA 30032) and Indian Creek Yellow Lot (​​3901 Durham Park Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083). Shuttles will run between these parking lots and the event site between 12:30 pm and 5:30 pm. After the event, shuttle service will resume to return guests to their vehicles.
  3. Guests may also find their own parking near the event site (e.g. at Memorial Bend Shopping Center (15 minute walk), Rockmore Plaza Shopping Center (15 minute walk), Stonemount Village Shopping Mall (15 minute walk), College Plaza Shopping Center (20 minute walk), Memorial Square Shopping Mall (30 minute walk), 4568 Memorial Dr (30 minute walk), other nearby businesses, or street parking).

We highly recommend carpooling as parking is limited and traffic will be slow!

Accessibility: This event is fully accessible. There is no ADA parking available at the event site – ADA access will be drop-off only. For rideshare and drop-off please arrive at 3855 Memorial College Ave, Clarkston, GA 30021 (see ADA map below). If being dropped off by a companion, the car will then need to be parked at one of the available lots or elsewhere nearby.

ADA parking is available for vehicles with Handicap Placards first-come first-serve at Clarkson High School (618 North Indian Creek Drive, Clarkston, GA 30021) and Indian Creek Elementary School (724 N Indian Creek Dr, Clarkston, GA 30021) – these are a 3-minute walk from the event site. Golf-carts will be available to transport ADA guests unable to walk to the event site.

At Kensington Blue Lot (3342 Kensington Rd, Decatur, GA 30032) and Yellow Lot ​​(3901 Durham Park Rd, Stone Mountain, GA 30083) ADA-accessible shuttles will be available to transport ADA guests to and from the event site.

Attire & Gifts: Please dress comfortably and for the weather. Campaign attire is highly encouraged! Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any gifts due to security requirements.

Security: All guests will pass through an airport-like screening checkpoint operated by the United States Secret Service before entering the event site. The following items are prohibited:
