After Your Watch Party

After Party Checklist:

• Close your event on Mobilize: Go to your Mobilize event and mark who attended (“completed”) and who didn’t make it (“no show” or “cancelled”).
• Tell us how it went: Let us know how your watch party went, how your guests are feeling about the upcoming election, and let us know if there’s anything we can to do help!
• Send a personal thank you text or email to all your guests.
• Add all your guests as contacts on Reach
  • Search for your attendees and add them to your Reach network
  • Complete the survey and hit “Save”
• Plan your next event or volunteer activity.
